Passive house in bioarchitecture

Telescope Villa was born from the desire of the clients to live in a context in contact with nature in a home made with healthy and natural materials, respectful of the planet also as regards the production processes.
The house represents a telescope overlooking the Franciacorta that stands on foundations made with the Natural Stone Box of Granulati Zandobbio.
Ideal as an excellent load-bearing base for public and private structures, gabions are suitable for building foundations. In this project, the gabions are used as foundations to support the weight of the private structure built in the province of Brescia. Here the gabions, in addition to serving as a fence of the house, were also used as a load-bearing base to support it, thus becoming functional elements and not just decorative elements of the facade.The project was entirely realized by Quarzo Studio
