Passive house in bioarchitecture

Telescope Villa was born from the desire of the clients to live in a context in contact with nature in a home made with healthy and natural materials, respectful of the planet also as regards the production processes.
The house represents a telescope overlooking the Franciacorta that stands on foundations made with the Natural Stone Box of Granulati Zandobbio.
Gabionen eignen sich ideal als hervorragende tragende Basis für öffentliche und private Bauwerke und eignen sich für den Bau von Fundamenten. Bei diesem Projekt werden die Gabionen als Fundamente verwendet, um das Gewicht des in der Provinz Brescia errichteten privaten Bauwerks zu tragen. Hier dienten die Gabionen neben der Umzäunung des Hauses auch als tragende Unterlage zur Abstützung des Hauses und wurden so zu Funktionselementen und nicht nur zu dekorativen Elementen der Fassade.The project was entirely realized by Quarzo Studio
