PRODUCTION:
- Latest generation plants in accordance with the law
- Soundproof systems
- Abatement of aerial dust on all systems
- Cleaning of vehicles leaving the plants
- New drying plants with energy recovery
- Reuse of waste water
- Recycled material as raw material
- Self-production of electricity from solar sources (about 70% of total electricity consumption)
STAFF:
- 30% of the staff is female, even with key roles, with the same salaries as men

Social responsibility certifications ICS-B and SEDEX:
The company is registered on the international platform SEDEX (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange), which enables the sharing and monitoring of information related to working conditions, health and safety, environmental management and business ethics across the supply chain.
Verifications are carried out through SMETA audits, one of the most widely used standards for assessing suppliers’ social responsibility.
The company also participates in the ICS – Initiative for Compliance and Sustainability programme, obtaining the ICS-B rating, which confirms a good level of compliance with standards related to workers’ rights, safety, environmental management and ethical business practices.
